I’m Becky, founder and Lead Visual Strategist at Sketchology. I help teams turn complex conversations into visuals people can actually see, understand and act on.

I don’t just capture what’s being said. I help shape conversations as they happen, so ideas land, connect and move things forward.

Through live illustration, visual strategy and murals, we create visuals that become a shared reference point. Something teams can literally point at, build on and come back to.

Experience and who we work with

With over 20 years as an illustrator and more than 7 years working in live visual facilitation, I’ve partnered with organisations including UCL, HSBC, the NHS and The World Health Organisation.

From leadership teams and strategy workshops to conferences and culture programmes, we support people working at pace, across complexity and with lots of moving parts.

I lead Sketchology, supported by a small, trusted team of creatives. This means we can scale to support larger events, multi-day programmes and wider rollouts when needed, while still keeping the work personal and high-quality.
